What a ground-level photo will never show
On the Costa del Sol, what makes a property valuable is often all around it: the sea view, the orientation, the pool, the garden, the real distance to the beach, the golf course or the village. At ground level, the buyer perceives neither the surroundings, nor the setting, nor the scale.
The drone tells the story of the property within its setting. A vertical climb revealing the Mediterranean, a slow orbit around the villa, a fly-over placing the property between sea and mountains: this is what sparks emotion and a first enquiry.
Listings with aerial video generate significantly more views and viewing requests. It is our differentiating advantage over agencies that make do with smartphone photos.

Scouting & planning
We study the property, its surroundings and the flight constraints. We set the ideal slot based on light and weather, and handle the necessary authorisations.

Flight & capture
On the day, the pilot captures photos and video sequences: vertical climb, orbits, fly-overs, location plans. Shot at golden hour for a premium finish.

Editing & retouching
Colour grading, photo retouching, video editing with music and transitions. Production of the vertical formats for social media.

Fast delivery
You receive very quickly a private link with all the files, ready to publish. If you have entrusted us with the sale, we launch the listing immediately.

Regulations, turnaround, formats and pricing: everything to know before flying a drone over your property.
Do you need authorisation to fly a drone over a property?
Yes, and we handle it. Our flights are carried out in strict compliance with Spanish aviation rules (AESA): certified pilot, prior declaration where the area requires it, and authorised time slots only. You have nothing to arrange — we manage the permissions and compliance.
How quickly do you receive the photos and video?
Very quickly after the flight. You receive a download link with the retouched aerial photos and the edited video. If your listing is urgent, an express delivery is possible — just let us know when booking.
What happens if the weather is bad on the planned day?
We reschedule the flight to the next slot with optimal light, at no extra cost. The quality of an aerial shot depends heavily on light (clear sky, golden-hour light). We would rather postpone by a day or two than deliver dull images.
Which formats are delivered?
Retouched high-definition aerial photos (JPEG + web-optimised WebP), a 4K Ultra HD cinematic video, edited and colour-graded (MP4), plus short vertical versions designed for social media (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Status). Everything is ready to publish, with no editing required on your side.
How much does the drone service cost?
It is included, at no extra cost, with an exclusive mandate. With a simple mandate it is available as an option (a slight adjustment to the fee on the mandate covers the service). And if you do not entrust us with the sale, it is available à la carte from €250. The exact price depends on the surface area, location and chosen deliverable — transparent quote within 24h.
Do you cover the whole Costa del Sol?
Yes: Málaga, Marbella, Estepona, Benahavís, Puerto Banús, Fuengirola, Benalmádena, Mijas, Torremolinos, Nerja and the entire province of Málaga. For a property outside this area, contact us — we review each request individually.
