Compensation

A transparent and powerful compensation structure

You know exactly what you earn, with no cap and no surprises. Three income streams combine:

1. Direct commission on your sales

69% to 87.8% of net fees

You receive the majority of the commission on each of your sales — well above the 40-50% in traditional agencies. The exact percentage depends on your level in the network and increases as your activity grows.

2. Commission across 5 referral tiers (management)

Do you recruit and train new consultants? The network pays you commission on their sales, up to 5 levels deep. Important: these commissions are paid by the network, not by your referrals — their earnings remain intact.

3. Recommender status

Do you know someone who wants to sell a property and you recommend them to a consultant in the network? You receive up to 12% of the net fees on the transaction. Without doing anything more than the introduction.

Status: self-employed commercial agent (property mandate holder). No fixed salary, no cap, your compensation depends solely on your activity.

Recruitment FAQ

Do I need to live in Spain to join the team?

No, it is not required but it is ideal. We also recruit consultants based in France, Belgium, Switzerland or elsewhere, provided they have a genuine connection with the Costa del Sol property market or with the international French-speaking community.

Do I need to speak Spanish?

No. Our team works in French and Spanish — a French-speaking consultant can perfectly well serve only the French-speaking clientele (which remains your priority niche), while the Spanish-speaking side of the market is handled by the bilingual consultants. A basic command of Spanish is a plus for administrative procedures, but it is not a prerequisite.

Do I need previous experience in real estate?

Absolutely not. Our training covers 40 hours of videos + 23 in-person workshops over 6 to 9 months, with a dedicated mentor. People making a career change (former sales professionals, entrepreneurs, executives) often succeed better than candidates already trained in the old-school approach.

How much can I realistically earn?

You receive up to 87.8% of net fees on each sale. A beginner consultant typically completes between 5 and 15 sales in their first year. On top of that, you earn commission on the sales of your referrals (5-tier system), paid directly by the network with no deduction from your referrals' commissions.

What is the legal status?

You are a self-employed commercial agent (property mandate holder). You launch your own activity with the logistical, legal and commercial support of our team and the network.

Can I continue another activity in parallel?

Yes, in the early months this is common. The self-employed mandate status is compatible with other activities. Many start part-time then switch to full-time once the first sales come in.

What is the initial investment?

We discuss this in a personalised interview. The investment remains reasonable to launch an independent activity, especially given the earning potential.
