FAQ expat services

Concrete answers to the most frequent questions from international clients settling in Spain.

Are all these services included in the estate agent's commission?

No. Expat services (mortgage, lawyer, accountant, NIE, bank, settling in) are independent of the property transaction itself. Each expert provides you with their own quote directly. Our role is to coordinate, translate and connect you with trusted partners — with no hidden margin or markup.

Can I take just one service or do I have to book the whole package?

You take exactly what you need, à la carte. You can start with the NIE and add the mortgage later, or the other way round. The first free conversation allows us to identify the services that are genuinely useful for your situation — we will not sell you something you do not need.

Do I have to have already bought a property to use these services?

Not at all. Many clients start with the NIE and opening a bank account well before buying or renting. We also support remote workers, retirees and expats who first rent before purchasing. The only requirement: having a real life project on the Costa del Sol.

What is the total cost of settling in with full support?

It varies depending on the services activated and on your profile. As an indication: NIE + bank account + home insurance = a light budget. Adding a mortgage, a lawyer for due diligence and an annual accountant = a more substantial budget but spread over time. During the first conversation, we provide a transparent estimate with no commitment.

Do you accept foreign income as supporting documents for banking?

Yes — it is in fact one of our differentiators. Our partner banks and brokers accept foreign payslips, foreign tax returns, self-employed or company accounts and proof of assets. You do not need Spanish income to obtain financing or open your account.

Can you help me even if I do not yet live in Spain?

Yes, and it is in fact frequent. Many formalities (NIE, account opening, school search, signing of deeds) can be prepared or carried out by power of attorney from abroad. We coordinate remotely and prepare your arrival so that everything is operational when you land.

Do you also offer Airbnb / Booking concierge services?

Not for the moment. Our core business is supporting long-term settlement and daily life. Short-term concierge services (Airbnb, Booking) are planned for the future but not yet operational — we prefer not to promise it until it is fully activated.
